modules:
Administrator:
This Module handles all the activities related to the vehicle,
it stores the details of all the dealers, customers and a
complete description of the vehicle.
Show Room:
At the time of purchase the customer is provided with a Smart
Vehicle Card. All related activities are stored in the module.
i.e: Issue of Card, Renewal of Card ,Card Details etc.
Workshop:
This Module offers activities related to the vehicle, such
as vehicle handling at the workshop for servicing and repairs
etc. On every visit the customer accumulates loyalty points.
Stores & Inventory:
This Module helps the showroom in keeping a track of their
inventory and stock.
Billing Section:
Complete billing solutions are provided in this module. The
billing is done through the Smart Vehicle Card.
Utilities:
A Query builder is provided which generates reports based
upon an input query.
Reports:
Reports required by the customer are generated in this module.

Vehicle Management System is designed to automate the following

Issue of Smart cards to Customers
As the design and the art work of the card are decided, the
photographs of the Customers are scanned for smart card preparation.
Once the smart cards are ready, the same will be issued to
all the Customers with the following information on the card.
1. Customer Name.
2. Vehicle Registration.
3. Signature of the Customer.
4. Address of the Customer.
5. Photo of the Customer.
6. Blood group
